I developed a brand for a successful realtor who ventured off to form her own real estate company. Janis Morgan sells high end homes in San Antonio and wanted a brand that spoke to San Antonians. The tile mark speaks to the high Spanish influence of the city and the typography is reminiscent of Janis’ signature.
